The CHALLENGE:
Identify where the Philips Hue brand may benefit by using a conversational agent or interface and design a solution.
The OPPORTUNITy:
Philips Hue understands that it is the personality of the users that make their products effective and creative. They want to help make your home even sweeter with the right lighting by giving you control to be expressive and unique with your products. This gives Philips Hue the opportunity to ensure that all users are able to easily utilize the technology and are aware of the unique lighting possibilities that are available to them.
The SOLUTION:
To help ensure that every user of Philips Hue products is able to use them to their full potential we created a conversational agent that seamlessly walks the user through the Philips Hue process from start to finish. Starting with connecting your device and products, walking you through the Philips Hue app and ending with suggestions on how to creatively use your lights and offering light formulas.
MEET
HUEY
Huey is your dorky best friend that is always looking for new technology or gadgets to play with. He wants to share his knowledge and help you experience the fun and creative things that he discovers.
Although Huey is incredibly smart, he is also a big goofball. Don't be surprised if he tries to entertain you with some silly jokes while you're learning how to entertain your friends and family with Philips Hue products!
Configuration
Huey walks you through the instructions, setting up your products and connecting to the Philips Hue app. Once you're set up and ready to light things up, he will show you some of the different services the Philips Hue app has to offer.
Connectivity
Huey helps you troubleshoot any issues that may happen when you are connecting your Philips Hue app to the bridge or light fixture. Using helpful images and detailed explanations, Huey will make sure everything is working correctly!
Creativity
Philips Hue products have an endless amount of possibilities when it comes to light design. Huey helps you discover some of the different products and light formulas you can use to make the most of your products. He includes examples and suggestions!
